Breakfast - I was not able to take advantage of the buffet, just too much food for one person. Ordered a la carte, it was good, but could have had some fruit with what I ordered. Coffee excelent! The room was awesome

The hotel is definitely worth recommending. It is practically difficult to point out something that would be wrong. In the hotel restaurant, they serve espresso the best in the world. Thank you and congratulations. Service at the reception, in the restaurant, and cleaning staff top class. Keep it that way. When I have the opportunity to be in Guatemala again, your hotel will be my first choice.

The staff was great and this Hotel has everything you need, especially if you are arriving in Guatemala late at the airport this will be you best option, because you can have a lot of variety of restaurants around and it's also super safe but I love the rooms super comfy and also the designs of the bathrooms everything was perfect, I also used the gym and they have the right equipment for a nice workout, they have one of the best balconies with the view to the hole GT City so everything was perfect, I will stay there again for sure.

It’s located just in Cayala which is convenient for the amount of restaurants in the area. Not much noise is the place where it’s situated, so I was able to sleep well.

The hotel is beautiful and the location was perfect. Ciudad Cayala is safe with lots of good restaurants and shopping. The staff are all friendly and the views from the upper level are breathtaking.

It was comfortable,clean and very well located and the staff made us felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. They also included omelets and any type of coffee in their breakfast buffet.a

I was in Guatemala City for a week long conference. The AC Marriott proved a comfortable home base, situated in the Cayalá neighborhood (with good options for dining out).
